Licence issue

I use PCAN explorer with "ImportDB" plugin.
Since I used it with a dongle without "ImportDB" licence (switch of the PcanExpl.lic file), PCAN explorer is not able to read my project with a .DBC, it cannot see the signals, although I use the good dongle (with switch to the good PcanExpl.lic file).
How can I slove this issue ?

Hello,

In PCAN-Explorer, go to Tools > Add-in Manager and make sure that the list entry CANdb-Import is checked.

TIP:
Convert the db to SYM and replace the dbc with the converted SYM.
Then all PE6 Versions could open it and you do not need to convert the dbc every time you startup the Project.

Hello,

I used the import to SYM, but it is necessary at each .dbc modification.
But effectiveley, the check box was not checked in "Add-in manager". After checked it, ihen it works fine.
