Conversion of hexadecimal values to user readable format

Is there any way such as another software to view the hexadecimal values in PCAN view in user readable format? Can symbol editor be linked with PCAN view?

PCAN-View show the RAW Data Bytes (could be switched to ASCII / DEZ / HEX)

If you need to decode single or multible Bytes in a signal based Format (for example Byte 2 and 3 to a signed int, scaling 2.5, offset 10),
you need to use a CAN Analyzer like the PCAN-Explorer - see product page. This Tool could use the Symbol Files and decode the Data live.
