Instruments Panel: Trigger on signal : is there any tips ?

Post by se_akr » Wed 13. Jul 2022, 11:01

Hello everyone,

I first post questions here : viewtopic.php?f=119&t=7043 and got solution to my problem

To sum up, I needed to change color of a led related to a signal value. Solution was to use a bitmap list and change the bitmap pic related to a signal value. It works perfectly.

Now, I'd like to complete this and add a last functionnality to my needs. Actually, I use three bitmap picture :
Pic ----> value
red ----> [0 - 44]
green ----> [45 - 55]
red ----> [56 - 100]

My need is to keep the red pic when it changes from green to red.

How can I do it ?
Using a script that change the associated signal and giving it a wrong one ?
Deleting the bitmap list object and replaced it by a red pic ?

Thanks for your help

Best regards

Sorry, we do not understand your problem - please send the exported "Package" (see File - Package in PE6 Main Menu ) to our support[at]peak-system.com and we try to reproduce it here.
Maybe you could explain it more better - or send some screens...

Sorry if I'm not enough precise

I have a bitmap list with three pictures which are sensitive on a signal like this:
  • Red circle : [0 - 44]
  • Green circle : [45 - 55]
  • Red circle : [56 - 100]
Is it possible to stop being sensitive to this signal when the value from CAN is inside the two possibilities of Red circle values ?

We still do not unterstand what exact you want to do - the Bitmap list could not change any Values - it is like a actor - it could be used to show the state of a value.
What do you mean with "stop being sensitive" - as i wrote it make no sence to discuss this in a forum thread - read my last post - contact us with the needed information by e-mail.
