programm python code to read configuration

Is there a possibillity to load the Configuration on the PCAN MicroMod FD Analog/Digital2 without using the configuration software and with a python code?

I am currently trying to run an automated tests with python code on the PCAN-MicroMod FD boards and i need for every test a diffrent configuration. So i am trying to load the configuration file on the board using python. Is it possible to programm the reading of the Configuration file ?
