Channel 1 and 2 not working

Hi,

I have the following problem: the first and second channel seem to be not working on my PCAN-USB X6.
As soon as I power on the X6, the first two channels have fast blinking orange LEDs. All other channels solid green.
When I set up can0, the third channel starts flashing green slowly. For can1, the fourth channel and so on.

Any Idea what this could be and how it can be fixed? Your help is much appreciated!

Hi,

looks like the first 2 channels are in bootloader mode. Please check if a new external usb disk is visible in your system with a firmware.bin file on it. if so, please contact us by email or phone to check your device.
