PCAN USB Pro not functioning

We were using our PCAN USB Pro and suddenly it stopped working. All of the LEDS are solid red apart from the Lin1 one. Any ideas

please send us an email with a picture showing the serial number of the device to our support email address. Which driver version and under which OS do you use the device?
