pcan-usb stops receiving data

when i use pcan-view it receives 50 to 200 massages and then it stops receiving
the status is unchanged

if the usb is disconnected and then reconnected i sometimes get the same result (a few hundred massages)
after a few attempts with the usb it starts receiving massages normal (continues)

as long as i leave the usb connected it keeps working even after a restart of pcan-view
this is on my win11 dekstop and on my win 10 laptop the same ,updating from driver 4.4.0 to 4.4.2 dit not change anything

i can run the same pcan-usb unit with VMware running win 7 on the win11 pc than it works ok , so the hardware is ok
