Hello,
I'm making a post about an issue than appeared on one of our 6-channel CAN loggers. Specifically, channels 2 and 4 no longer report CAN traffic while all remaining channels show flashing green/orange lights. The documentation states that flashing LEDs above the channel indicates traffic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since we're down a precious logger!

The only way to test if the Transceivers are defect, is to exchange the Transceiver modules from a working channel to a non working channel.
If the CAN Channel still does not work, please contact the dealer where you bought the unit or our technical support.
