Panel Redraw/Refresh

As you've been so successful in previous posts, I'll see if you can fix this minor annoyance that we have here.

We have quite busy panels, a lot of components with fairly high message rates. When we switch between panels, or even use a drop down selection on a panel, most often the panel window will not be completely redrawn, so bits of the previous panel selected or drop down selection will remain. We have to click on the 'Window' option on the standard toolbar to cause the window to be refreshed completely. Of course, we cannot even do this when in full screen mode.

Is there a technique which will allow panel windows to be redrawn effectively?

Hi,

this is a known issue. Unfortunately there is currently no other solution than to reduce the number of components on the panel. But right now we are working on an improved panel Add-in that reduces the CPU load on higher message rates by providing a configurable update frame rate. Please write a short e-mail to support@peak-system.com about this matter, so we can notify you as soon as we have a working version ready.
