Outbound routes appear yellow after every start on Computer

We are using the PCAN-Ethernet Gateway DR as a dual-port CAN controller on Windows 10 and 11 PCs. We exported the configuration and use it for every new system we build. The same configuration is also applied in the Virtual PCAN-Gateway Tool using the config join function, allowing us to maintain a single unified configuration for both the PCAN device and the PC.
The PCAN-Ethernet Gateway is connected to a unmanaged (EX-62025) with several clients connected.

The configuration has been working fine so far. However, on a new system, the outbound connection from the PC to the PCAN for CAN0 and CAN1 appears yellow in the Virtual PCAN Gateway Tool.

We turned off all security features. We added an outbound firewall rule for any protocol to and from any address from this Program: C:\Program Files\PEAK-System\PEAK-Drivers 4\Virtual PCAN-Gateway\VpoiMng.exe. We replaced the PCAN with another device. But doesn't fixed it.

To restore functionality, we have to manually restart the Virtual PCAN Gateway Service (works always), Reload Config (works often) or Remove and join again the config (works often). This issue occurs consistently—after every system startup.

The system has been shipped. The final workaround was, to change the starttype of Virtual PCAN Gateway service to "automatic (delayed)". This worked always. As fallback we also created a script to restart the service manually, if needed. It seems to be a timing problem.

We will have remote access to the system after delivery.
