MicroMod Analogue 1 - Endian and Bit length problem

Post by fdhada@intenergy » Mon 12. May 2014, 10:39

Hello,

I am using a MicroMod Analogue 1 with PCAN MicroMod Configuration Software Version 2.5.5.61.

When I use the Intel format I have no issues with keeping the bit length for all the analogue inputs to 16 bits. However when I am using Motorola format, I am having a problem keeping the bit length 16 for all the Analogue Input channels (0-7). It does not seem to allow it. Am I overlooking something?

I have tried using the software on two separate machines and I get the same behaviour.

Please can you advise.

Thanks in advance,
fd114.

Hi,

when using the motorola format, you must use the Bitposition 7 as startbit:
