Hi,
I can't install PCAN Explorer with Windows 10.
Even if i launch with admin privileges the installation program hangs and then nothing happens.
Too bad.

Hi,
which version of the setup do you use? For Windows 10 you need the latest 5.4 version.

I tryed with 5.4 (30.09.2015) also with 5.4.0 BETA and finally 5.3.4
But none of them install on my desktop.
I switched off antivirus and windows defender, tryed with the compatibility wizard ( from XP SP3 to Windows 7) and the installer still hangs.
Do you have a portable version of the app that would run without the installer ?

version 5.4 runs on W10 without any problems here on several PCs. Please send an email with your licence number to our support email address. We will send you details on how to check your system than.
