PCAN- Router Pro fw bugs

Hello,
I would ask to fw developers of stock fw of PCAN-Router Pro if they know bugs that was resolved regarding:
sending of CAN frames with custom information or also constants (I cannot send messages out with any information. the content is always 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 but with correct ID).
Moreover I cannot switch ON any led according with the arrival of some CAN signal, or it is not possible to manage any signal received from CAN.
We are currently really limited from the functionalities.

I would add that almost all examples provided from you with tutorial won't work.

Consider that now I have mounted the datalogger in our customer vehicle and so I cannot check the serial number and fw versione but we bought it about one or two months ago.

Please can you check this kind of problems and, if available, provide new firmware?

It looks like you are using an old PPCAN Editor (v2.0.9.223 or below).

Please install a PPCAN-Editor v2.1.0.225 or later
Current version (from our website) is v2.1.0.245.
