PeakCan on DrivePx2

Post by Question » Mon 11. Jun 2018, 13:48

Hello alltogether,

at the moment I'm trying to install pcan on the drive-px 2 Plattform.
With uname –r I get the following output: 4.9.38-rt25-tegra
It's an aarch64 architecture and it uses arm8.
The Problem is I'm missing the Linux-kernel headers like autoconf.h etc.
and I can't simply autogenerate them.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Kind regards
Marwan Sabih

Hi,

you have to install the kernel headers to be able to build our peak-linux-driver. But if you want to use SocketCAN, there is no need to install our drivers. You can use the PCAN-USB devices directly, without installing any drivers

regards

Michael
