PCAN Router with Vector Hardware

Hi,
I'm currently trying to setup my PCAN Router with some Vector Hardware. I tried a CanCaseXL and a VN1610 to flash the Router. Unfortunately I wasn't able to establish a connection. Is there any way to get it to work with this Hardware?

no, the PCAN-Flash utility will only support PCAN PC hardware.
