I have one PCAN-USB Pro and I would like to know if it's possible to connect it to CAN J1708.

No, as you could see in the description of our Tools, we support CAN and LIN.
SAE J1708 is a completly differnt communication interface (based on RS485 with up to 9600 Bit/Sec.)
