Hi,
I am using PCAN-USB Hub to test a J1939 based keypad.
I have connected Can-H and Can-L wires to the correct pins on the USB interface.
With PCAN-View I am not able to receive any data on key press and status of the software is BUSHEAVY.
Do I need to change some settings to support J1939 ?
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks,
Shinu

Hi,
please set the baudrate to 250k and use a terminated CAN cable with termination resistors on both ends.
regards
Michael

Hi Michael,
Thank you so much for the reply.
I already set the baudrate to 250K and connected 120ohm resistors on both the end.
Still not able to receive any data and status of the software is BUSHEAVY.
Thanks,
Shinu

Hi,
please check that you wired CAN-H and CAN-L correctly. Please check which baudrate is used by your J1939 keypad.
Will the busheavy error directly occure after you switch on your keypad? Or only when you transmit a frame with PCAN-View?
regards
