Hello,
I use one of your PPCAN-MIOs (32bit) with a PCAN-USB adapter. I'm interested whether configurations transmitted from the PPCAN Editor 2 to the device can be stored and replayed (e.g. with a script). In the docs all information I found about the protocol was on p.12 of this: https://www.peak-system.com/produktcd/P ... an_eng.pdf
Is it possible to provide more information about the protocol or a way to store the configuration commands in a file?
Thanks for your help!
Information about the PPCAN protocol
Re: Information about the PPCAN protocol
Hello,
Recording and replaying the configuration transmission will be difficult because the PPCAN protcol is a point-to-point (handshake) protocol that communicates with only one CAN ID 7E7h.
There is no public documentation about the PPCAN protocol at the moment.
The PPCAN-Editor 2 do not have any command line options at the moment.
