Hi,
pleas download the latest PCAN-Basic package from our website, and remove all PCANBasic DLLs from local directories, and copy them as follows:
Windows 32-bit systems:
32-bit DLL > Windows\System32
Windows 64-bit systems:
32-bit DLL > Windows\SysWOW64
64-bit DLL > Windows\System32
If this will not help, please use sysinfo tool, as written in my last post.
