I checked the video but am not aware of ever seeing this behavior previously,

Good day! when viewing messages, the PСAN-View program does not correctly display the time between parcels, please pay attention to this.

Like mentioned earlier, we'll need more info about your system
and therefore would suggest to contact us via mail, as noted before.

This is not regaular behavior that we are aware of and cannot really
determine the reason for this remotely by screenshots alone.

So, please contact us as discussed earlier and we will proceed from there.
