Hi,

MY PCAN USB adapter was working perfectly fine till last friday, Today morning I plugged it into my PC and the red LED won't turn on! I have tried restarting my PC, using a different PC, uninstalling and reinstalling the PCAN drivers but with no luck!
On the hardware, I pried open the case and checked the power pins on the board, it is receiving 5V at the input from the USB.
Please help me out! I am in dire need of the device for my project!

Hi,

when the LED will not be active, after you have successfully installed the driver, it looks like a problem with the USB controller or device firmware. You can send us the module for a system check.
