Multiplex in transmission

Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to use multiplexing in transmit mode, ie depending on a multipler variable send on a CAN message, the PCAN MIO device send back differents values.
For example :

I send the CAN message ID: 0x78D data : XX 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 (XX the multiplexer, let's say 01, 02, 03)

The PCAN MIO sends back ID: 0x78D data : XX XX 00 00 00 00 00 00 (XX XX is the 16 bit value of AInXX value, depending of the multiplexer).
