Event Based Messaging

I am unsure how exactly the format of event based messaging works in the PPCAN editor, as there is no documentation on it in the user guide. I have attached the screenshot of the options available. My question is how this works? If I have Bus0 and some symbol that contains data, is the event type portion considering the symbol the "signal"? Or is that checking the I/O function? For this example I have made FFh I/O No 255 a ramp counter from 0 to 10, however I am not sure what this even does if it detects the proper event. Does it send the message specified, Symbol2 on bus0?

Hello.

That variable #255 must also be a signal in TX message bus0/symbol2.

Each time the variable #255 differs from the last sent signal
by <threshold> units, that message is assembled and sent with current values.
