Transmit CAN Messages via Matlab

I am trying to transmit messages which is defined alive counter.
So my question is how can I define alive counter for my transmitting messages.
I am using the matlab and P-Can ınterface , if you can help me I will be glad.

simply send the CAN Frame every xx ms (like the alive counter need)
