No Nets available in the PCAN Flash Tool

Hi,
I wanted to flash my brand new PCAN-RS-232 with an example firmware. So I connected the Boot CAN with Ub and copied the PcanFlash folder to my harddisk. I started Pcan2.cpl, saw my PCAN-USB, started NetCfg32.exe, added the FlashNet with 500kBit/s and opened PcanFlash.exe. Selected my bin-file and wanted to connect to my FlasNet. But I can't see it in the list (after I clicked on the yellow flash). It just says: Available nets: none
So what went wrong?
I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: It seems that the Flash Tool doesn't work with Windows 7. I've tested it on a Win XP and it works there.
