PCAN View does not display on-line receiving data

Hi all,
I am using PCAN-USB FD for two years. Suddenly PCAN View stopped displaying on-line data in the Receive/Transmit window as usual
CAN transmission is OK: I can run Trace(Start-Stop-Save) and I see off-line all CAN frames were correctly received in the stored file.
I updated the driver and the viewer to the last versions but nothing changed.

Hi Marvin,
I already solved the problem.
Trying to get a screen capture I payed attention that only the Transmit section was enabled in the application.
I pressed the left side upper button and the Receive one came back.
