Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can give me an insight regarding an issue that I keep encountering with the gateway device.
At random times when I startup the device, it loses all routing at the routing table, in which the IP address reverts back to factory IP, but the login credentials stays the same.
I had to redo all the routing again. Just wondering if what might cause this issue.

Hi,
do you use a PCAN-Ethernet-Gateway or a PCAN-Ethernet-Gateway FD DR?
Please send us the serial number of the device (can be found on the sticker and start with IPEH-xxxxxx-xxxxxx) and also the used firmware version.
