Hi,
I'm trying to start the product, but it's not working. The installation went fine, the hardware dongle is inserted and it's red.
The license manager says everything is fine, .Net 2 enabled. When starting the software a splash screen pops up with license
check text and then exits. I can't find any log files, please help. Our licence number is 420286.
