PLIN USB "Slave not responding"

Hi,

My PLIN-USB is not working as expected.

My VLIN-GND voltage is 12.1V.

Please support this on urgent priority and suggest some debugging steps.

With this limited information no one could see what exact is your problem.

My PLIN-USB is not working as expected.

Does not help - this device type is sold x thousand times and works as described in the manual.
Send us more information if you need a solution.

If you need support with

you better should send a email to the official support and add company details, part number, serial number etc.
in this open Forum, wo do only basic and limited support.
