We have generated a project for PLIN VIEW version 3.1.1.117 using an italian machine, saved in the LINPROJ format and shared with a customer in china.
When the customer opens it with same PLIN VIEW version, it gets a syntax error and frame format is not imported.
In particular in the output windows the following indication is printed:
- Loading file D:\test.linproj
- Loading LDF definition
- [Error] Line 1086: E0001 Syntax error
- [Warning] Line 1064: W022 Data type expected
- 0 Hint(s), 1 Warning(s), 1 Error(s)
- File loaded successfully (D:\test.linproj)
Opening the linproj with text editor does not help since content is encoded.
We have tries saving both Version 1.1 and 1.2 of the LINPROJ but the problem is the same.
How can we workaround this problem?
Best regards,
Elker

Re: LINPROJ import error on Chinese locale
Problem solved - LDF file was wrong - some needed parameters are missing.
