Firmware Update not successfull

Hello,
updating the firmware of my PCAN-USB FD interface from 3.2.0 to 3.4.3 does not work on Windows 10 and Windows 11. After starting in PeakFlash, the LED begins flashing, but a few seconds later the following message is displayed.

After closing PeakFlash there is a removable drive with one file named "firmware.bin", which seems to be the current firmware. If it is opened by a text editor the first two lines are:

Code: Select all

Firmware   v3.2.0
Bootloader v2.1.0
What other possibilities do I have to update my adapter? Is it possible to replace the "firmware.bin" file with the latest one? If so, where do I get it?

With another mail address as sender, the mail went through and the support has answered very quickly and helpfully.
So the firmware could be updated to the latest version.
