Explorer 6 Symbol Editor

Using Explorer 6 I am trying to create a new symbol that matches our CAN device transmission. I defined the frame as FDCAN with 20 bytes, but I cannot place the Page Name (3 bits) at bit 157 only set bits up to bit 61.
