Using 4 PCAN-miniPCIe at the same time

Post by Saike » Fri 2. Feb 2018, 09:46

Hello,

Now I use 4 PCAN-miniPCIe in one PC.
I cant know which connector is the PCAN0.
I found sometimes the serial name will be changed when I restart the PC.
How can I know which one is the PCAN0? How can I fix its serial name?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,

do you use the kernel driver for SocketCAN or the peak-linux-driver? If you use the peak driver, please post the output of cat /proc/pcan.

Hi,

I am using the peak driver.
In this PC, I installed a 4 Channels PCAN-PCIe and 2PCAN-miniPCIe.
In the First Picture, I cant read 4 Channels PCN-PCIe.

The Second Picture is after I restart PC.
